This is the story of the Barvinkove regional psychiatric hospital from Kharkiv region. The so called “liberating Russian forces” approached Barvinkove approximately 10 days after the beginning of the aggression. It was freezing, and it was impossible to stay there for a long time in such conditions. The threat of occupation was constantly present. The trip was difficult. They had to evacuate about 85 patients. Only 15 employees accompanied them. People were exhausted. Some of the mental patients had hallucinations, one of them thought that the mirror was an exit from the train.
