This video will walk the process of how to configure power automate flow to set up document-level permissions for the document hosted in a SharePoint document library. I have come across this requirement many times where the business wants the document to be read-only once the approval process has started on it. This is needed so that no one can make any changes from that point onward to the document. This can be achieved via Power Automate flow easily. We will need to use the send HTTP request SharePoint action in Power Automate to break document inheritance and change the role assignment (e.g. edit to read-only).
