But if you bring in the facts, the US 🇺🇸is the only advanced nation in the world that doesn't guarantee its citizens paid vacation. Average vacation is 2 weeks, and 50% of Americans do not take up the full 2 weeks per year. In Europe, many countries guarantee its citizens 4-6 weeks of paid vacation per year—and they take them.
