X-Men Origins: Wolverine is an action adventure game developed by Raven Software and published by Activision in 2009. The game was strongly influenced by the movie with the same name and also used some unique ideas created by the developers. The story is told in 2 scenarios, one in Wolverine's past and the other in the present. It shows his formers mercenary group, Team X, their missions to find adamantium ores and later the experimental team Weapon X, designed to enhance and empower mutants with adamantium or another cybernetic powers.
