I feel like I hear it everyday. You should meditate, it will change your life. I even have friends and family telling me that they have started it and I should too. And I know I should, let’s be honest, I have known for years just how beneficial meditation is, if you don’t remember I sat down with Suze at Unplug Meditation years ago to learn about it.
