Then check the themes/ if any theme is making problem by renaming the themes/ directory to something else. For example themesbkup/ If problem was not related to theme then try renaming plugins folder if problem is with plugins/ change back pluginsbackup/ to plugins/ and rename each plugins folder so you can rename them one by one to know which plugin is producing the issue. Last re install WordPress To re install WordPress 1) Delete everything form root folder except wp-content/ folder which holds all your uploads/ themes/ and plugins/ 2) do not delete wp-config.php 3) do not delete .htaccess file as well. Now download latest version from https://wordpress.org and upload that to your root like below. Don't upload wp-content as that's already available on your server. ----- You have successfully installed latest version or re installed the WordPress.
