Sushi fell on November 7. The Azerbaijani forces, gathering several thousand troops in the fortress, had begun nearing Stepanakert. The Armenian military-political leadership had no choice but to agree to the conditions of the ceasefire. Any alternative decision would have resulted in the loss of Stepanakert. On the morning of November 11, CivilNet’s Tatul Hakobyan and Levon Arshakyan ascended to Shushi, all of which is under Azerbaijani control, including the roads that were designated for tanks to enter through. They also filmed the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, two days after the ceasefire.
