For 32 years, The Golden Apple Awards has highlighted creative ways teachers are making a difference. From innovative lessons to taking classroom instruction beyond the school walls, these teachers are making learning come alive. This year, eight recipients have stood out as prime leaders in their field: 0:00 Introduction 1:49 Brianna Kehoe, Pulaski Community Middle School (Pulaski Community School District) 9:20 Corey Hansen, Parkview Middle School (Ashwaubenon School District) 17:06 Dena Scheiwe, Beaumont Elementary School (Green Bay Area Public Schools) 23:28 Jason M. Krings, Green Bay Southwest High School (Green Bay Area Public Schools) 30:01 Davi Ann Mueller, Ashwaubenon High School (Ashwaubenon School District) 35:59 Scott Stromberger, Edison Middle School (Green Bay Area Public Schools) 43:51 Shawna Fischer, Holy Family Catholic School (G.R.A.C.E.) 51:46 Amy Heusterberg-Richards, Bay Port High School (Howard-Suamico School District) These eight recipients, along with 31 Teachers of Distinction, were recognized at an awards ceremony, April 2, 2025 at The Oneida Casino Hotel in Ashwaubenon.
