Garlic Butter Steak - How to Cook Garlic Butter Steak ( The Best Garlic Butter Ribeye Steak )

Garlic butter steak is one of my favorite meals and in this cooking video, I show you how to cook garlic butter steak by cooking a garlic butter ribeye steak which in France would be garlic butter entrecote - simply the best garlic butter steak! I pan-fry a garlic butter ribeye steak because, in my opinion, the ribeye steak is the most flavoursome cut due to its fat content that renders down during the cooking process and the ribeye cut of meat is so tender, cooking with a ribeye steak is the best garlic butter steak you could eat. In France, a ribeye steak is known as an entrecote steak and normally in supermarkets you can buy a steak weighing 180g or 300g but as it was my birthday I went to a butcher and requested 2 entrecote steaks ( Ribeye Steaks ) weighing 500g each. In a local restaurant, a 300g garlic ribeye steak ( Entrecote steak ) served with fries would set you back around 22 euros It was lovely seeing the butcher removing the bone and then asking how thick I wanted the ribeye steaks to be, he was suggesting with his knife just over a centimeter but I requested them to be over 3 cms thick. The cost of a 300g ribeye steak in the supermarkets would be around 6 euros whereas these larger ribeye steaks came in at 11 euros each. The quality of the meat was outstanding from the butcher and the price only reflected the weight of the steaks, not the quality which was at a different level from those bought in the supermarkets. Within this video I show you all the steps on how to cook garlic butter steak, simply the best garlic butter steak served with chips. When the ribeye steak is so good you only need chips to accompany such a delicious cut of beef and the chips taste delicious with the garlic butter and juices from the steak poured over them. I've always joked, when asked what my final meal would be on this earth it is always the same, garlic butter steak and in particular garlic butter ribeye steak - heaven on a plate! Now when cooking the 300 g ribeye steaks from the supermarkets I would always enjoy my pan-fried garlic steaks 'Blue" for those that don't know a blue steak is the most rear steak you can order in a restaurant, any less cooked the steak would be raw. But as these ribeye steaks were so thick I decided to cook mine rare whereas Naomi's was cooked medium.
