In this video I go through some of the topics regarding the idea of Britishness and different perspectives on the UK that you will have discussed in your English class and that are relevant for the "Abitur" or the "Oberstufe" in German schools.: England, UK or Britain? British identity Britain - a multicultural society? Post Brexit Britain – Global Britain? The monarchy  Of course, your class will have focused more on some topics than on others, you may not have covered some of these topics etc - and your teacher who will be grading your text knows this.
