MEDITATION SCRIPT: Welcome to this Guided Laughter Meditation that includes the Solfeggio frequency 528 Hz to give you a healing DOSE of transformation. Please wear headphones for the added benefit of binaural beats in Earth’s Vibrating Frequency of 7.83 Hz. This frequency combined with laughter will trigger the release of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins; thus transforming your mood and promoting reparative healing. Love yourself by giving yourself this moment. Remember that your wellbeing is a priority. By taking this moment for healing and transformation, you open yourself to possibility. Find a position that feels comfortable to you. Gently close your eyes or allow them to softly focus on the ground ahead of you. Let yourself become as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Begin with a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a couple seconds, then slowly release your breath through your mouth. Keep breathing in this way, as you listen to the pulse of the music. Let a smile begin to form as you continue to breathe slowly and deeply. Allow a gentle giggle to emerge with your exhale. Give your giggle permission to grow into light laughter. Let your laughter increase unconditionally. Keep laughing and be present in this beautiful, healing moment you chose to give yourself. Gradually slow your laughter back to a gentle giggle. Feel the tension in your body melt away as you calm your laughter. Relax your giggle into a soft smile. Continue to breathe deeply. As you breathe in, allow yourself to feel deep love. As you exhale, feel gratitude for giving yourself this moment of healing and transformation.
