In this video my 2015 macbook pro battery is swollen & we're checking out the experience I had sending it in the mail to ‪@rossmanngroup‬ (Rossmann Repair Group) in NYC. It was a super easy process, but I know I was hesitant to put my laptop in the mail to New York and trust it would come back. Hopefully this video will help some folks in the production industry who are keeping these laptops working for the ports they offer, they're getting pretty old at this point. But also to anyone else wondering what mailing expensive tech like your computer or smartphone in for repairs can be like if you find the right shop. It's nice to know that good service & being able to get things repaired by real technicians is still possible and going strong remotely.
