This is the updated version of Delsere set for the patch 2.7.4. This set now grants 75% damage reduction while Slow time is active, and it autocasts Slow Time to an unaffected target. With the Crown of The Primus you can also become a "walking bubble" (if you have Slow Time equipped, but it is not required). 130+GR for this set is like a walk in the park and with S27 Angelic Buff this build can be improved even further. p.s.
