If you are interested in more content from me, my photography can be viewed on Instagram at:   / rail_spike_productions   About this video: My stay in the San Diego area for part of July 2024 wasn’t long enough for me to capture every railroad crossing in San Diego, so I tried to get videos of as many as I could. Starting at West Laurel Street and moving south, all of these crossings are just north of San Diego’s Santa Fe Depot except for the last 2 which are located just south of San Diego’s main freight yard (south of downtown near the Barrio Logan neighborhood). The last 2 crossings are located on a BNSF-only section of track and feature some local yard and industrial moves which is why there are many different angles of the same train as it switches out the yard.
