Implementation of HCI to redesign SmartDoko, a research project.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO WAS RECORDED ON APRIL 20, 2022. This is a video covering how Human Computer Interaction to interface designs can greatly affect the quality of choosing products. This is a research based study project to target an online Nepali ecommerce platform named SmartDoko, where Doko means cart in Nepali and its a shopping destination for people to buy for customers and sell for vendors in a smart way but the website needs tons of improvements to increase customers attention, retention and circulate more traffic. This video covers the fundamental design conducting surveys to different demographs to increase the usability of SmartDoko and a study to how design affects the quality of choosing products and how people view certain elements differently. Its a psychological study and research work for more than 6 weeks, to show how researches are done and to show how the usability testing to improve the designs of the product/system greatly affects the quality of choosing a product for its users.
