The operations were suspended for 25 minutes on Tuesday, while departures resumed later in the evening but remained plagued with delays and cancellations. The authorities have extended the remote working system for government employees for Wednesday while schools continue to remain shut. Videos showed vehicles wading through knee-deep water in the streets.
