This film will definitely launch Miyazaki's career bringing him ever closer to realizing his goal: the founding of Studio Ghibli. Film released in 1979 in Japan and only in 1984 in Italy, marked my childhood and today after more than 40 years from his birth, I decided to pay homage to him by making this work that took me more than 5 months of work and has about 8700 pieces. I reproduced the complete scenario as seen in the fim: the castle in its entirety, the section of the town on the back, the iconic aqueduct and the clock tower with the walls of the ancient castle. In addition, the Castle is equipped with a lever that simultaneously operates various mechanisms, i.e. the windmill, the motor aircraft, an intermittent light in the rear entrance, the tilting corridor that connects the prison tower, the hands of the clock tower.
