I have had a passion for video editing my favorite TV shows for a while now and I wanted to create this channel to showcase TV/movie trailers, TV spots, commercials, motion design, and etc. My goal with this project is to capture the audience's attention by storytelling while using visual, audio, and sound effects. Roswell aired on the WB in 1999 with only 3 seasons and later moved to the UPN. I had an adventure working on my first trailer and I didn't believe it would take a lot of time cutting and choosing clips to tell the story. Even though this trailer isn't for a movie, creating a full season trailer of a TV show has really taught me a lot about capturing the main plot, characters, bad guys, and what they will go against. What I really enjoyed about creating this trailer besides the storytelling was working on the sound design. Sound design is a major part in creating trailers and really grabs the viewers attention and makes you want to keep watching. In the near future I would like to create shorter trailers for each episode of Roswell S01. I believe this will be a great opportunity to dive deeper in each episodes story and create it as if it will air on TV. Thank you so much if you stayed until the very end! Synopsis: For the past 10 years, Max Evans, his sister Isabel, and his best friend Michael Guerin have been living a somewhat normal existence, with their hybrid biology of human and alien DNA helping them to fit in.
