This Theory starts at 6:51 originally I thought that Penny actually got cured by Mr.p and went when the lab was being rated, both Mr.p and Penny tried to escape but penny was attacked which could explain why part of her body looks to be ripped but since she got cured she doesn’t turn into an infected, but instead gets killed off and Mr.p had no choice but to escape and tio later found penny’s dead body and took control over it which is why Penny’s eye corrupted it’s because Tio has full control over her body kind of like a second body for tio and after the hidden ending Tio managed to escape in Penny‘s body never to be seen again.
