[Tiếng Việt bên dưới] Hello guys, this week's Hanoi dish is my No. 1 favorite: "Bún Chả" - probably the 2nd most popular Hanoi dish just after Pho. Just a small twist, instead of using charcoal, I grilled the meat in the oven, it turned out a lot better than I expected :) Here's the "nước chấm" - dressing recipe: 2 cups of water 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp fish sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar minced garlic sliced fresh chillies (optional) --------------------------- Chào cả nhà, tuần này mình làm bún chả!!! Chắc nói đến đồ ăn HN thì bún chả chỉ đứng sau phở thôi. Mỗi tội nhà mình ko có bếp than hoa nên phải nướng bằng lò nướng, tưởng ko ngon mà ngon ko tưởng cả nhà ạ.
