In startup window lower the 'Shadow Map' resolution 2. In Mod Configuration Menu, under SSS lower shadow effects in 'Shadows & Light' 3. In advanced video settings lower 'Static Objects' 4. In advanced video settings lower 'Dynamic Objects' 5. In advanced video settings lower 'Grass density' and 'Grass distance' 6. In advanced video settings, under Modded Exes disable Monster Stuck Fix 7. In Mod Configuration Menu, under SSS lower shadow effects in 'Shadows Cascade' 8. Install the game on SSD drive to reduce stutters and lags as it is faster than HDD 9.
