I hope you enjoy this calm vlog and that Kathrine Hupburn’s quote about love resonated with you ♥ Ingredients for the Beef Bourgunion: 0.7kg chuck beef or braising steak, cut into 5cm/2in pieces 1.5 tbsp olive oil 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into chunks 1 large onion, peeled and cut into chunks 3 sticks celery, rough chopped 1 cup of red burgundy wine 0.5 tsp of dried thyme 3 cloves of garlic 3 bay leaves 1 large shallot, peeled and cut into chunks 1 tbsp plain flour 250g mushrooms 290ml/½ pint beef stock I live in France, and my channel is all about French simple, slow living and simple life.
