Not everyone is happy with the latest version of Android so let me show you how to go back to the previous update. ~~~~~ Hi! Odin for Windows - https://dlupload.com/filedetail/82905... Samsung USB Driver - https://dlupload.com/filedetail/19759... Country Code - • How to Find the Samsung Galaxy Smartphone ... Video Description ~~~~~~ I have the Samsung Galaxy S23 here, and in today's video I'll be showing you how to downgrade ANY of Samsung's smartphones or tablets from Android 15 back to the latest version of Android 14. #android #oneui7 #galaxys24 #galaxys23 Sadly, this process will not allow us to keep any of our apps, data, photos, or anything else we have on the phone. So before you begin, be sure to backup all of your important stuff ahead of time Requirements Before we dive in, though, we first need to have some things setup ahead of time. For example, you're going to need a computer to actually flash the firmware for Android 14. It won't matter if it's a Windows PC or Linux. Those with a Windows PC will need to download Odin. While those with a Linux PC will need to setup a program called Heimdall. If you haven't done so already, you will need to have Samsung's USB drivers installed. You will also need to download the Android 14 firmware for your specific device. This means you know the model number and the country code for your device. It shouldn't matter where you download it from because Samsung does a good job of making sure Odin doesn't install hacked firmware. It just needs to match the model number and country code for your device. Since you have Android 15 installed, it's probably best to download the last update Samsung released for Android 14. So it should be the first one listed here with the Android 14 label. And we just download this firmware to our PC. Downgrading OneUI 7 to One UI 6 Android 14 The first thing we're going to do now is reboot my Samsung Galaxy S23 into Download Mode. Your device may have a different way of accessing it. We need to press the Volume up button so bypass this menu and load up the actual screen here. Now, if you remember that firmware you downloaded. It's likely going to be compressed into a zip file, so let's go ahead and extract those contents. Let's go ahead and open up Odin on the PC When you're ready to downgrade your Samsung Galaxy device to Android 14, we need to begin loading up Odin with these One UI 6 firmware files. It's going to take a long time for Odin to unpack it and get those files ready. You may even notice Odin becoming unresponsive during this process. This is fairly normal, so no need to click stuff in Odin to try and speed it up or something. And as long as you're ready, click on the START button down here to begin the process. This can take some time. So be patient while Odin downgrades your Samsung Galaxy smartphone with Android 15 installed, back down to the latest version of Android 14. After some time, you'll see the green PASS message appear here. And your Samsung Galaxy device will reboot on its own conclusion You can see that we have Android 14 installed now, and all of my apps and data are still here on the phone. This should resolve most, if not all of the issues you had with Android 15 and One UI 7. You could even manually disable automatic updates as well. Which may prevent those update notifications from appearing. But I understand that most people just want to keep their phone like they had it. So having the option of downgrading like this is really nice in my opinion. Now, as always, if you ran into any issues during this process, or maybe you just have a question about Android in general Please feel free to use the comments section down below Just don't forget to give this video a like, and subscribe to the channel for more Samsung Galaxy guides like this. 1.
