It was awfully difficult making this video, if you did end up watching this thank you. It is easy to forget people care about you with something this so I hope that I can connect with anyone who can relate, and express my vulnerability in an effort to take away the stigma behind a mental illness like this. I also hope that in time we can work on legalizing psychedelics so that more research is found that will support the theory of whether or not psychedelics can be as effective, if not more effective than common SSRI’s and anti depressants
