Hi -- in this video, I'm going to show you how sales and hollywood movies go hand in hand! How? Let's have a look. Think of your favourite hollywood movie -- not one of those little indie films where they actually do make a lot of stuff up as they go -- I mean a really big, high grossing film, or cult film that made a lot of money. Got IT? Great! Chances are -- it had a really tight script Even this video is being read off a teleprompter that I scripted over the last few months. The quality of the movie that you love is determined by how well the actor (your salesperson -- or you) SELLS the script! It is the job of the actors to sell the script, not the movie. So what sort of movie are you making in your business? What sort of sales dialogue are you scripting? Is it a B-Grade movie that will be forgotten or is at a high grossing, money maker? Carefully scripted dialogue, when delivered by a professional actor carries a lot of weight when we look at the bottom line. The very best model to base and script on is simple 1. Get your sales person to find out what frustrations the audience has. If you don't know, have a look at our video on finding your unique clients. 2. Your sales person will need to be trained to listen and acknowledge. Most sales people don't do this and it can be a sticking point. 3. Get them to acknowledge the customer or client 4. Your sales person needs to find out what has been done in the past to try and fix this problem 5. The last part is going to involve a lot of shutting up -- so they are going to need to rehearse that too. So script, rehearse and perform, how much easier could it be?
