I'm going to show how to create a preset chain. A preset chain is simply a sequence of presets. When one preset finishes, it steps over to the next preset. If you navigate to the Presets tab, which is on the very left hand side, I'm going to show in this example, how I can chain several Human Herpesvirus presets together. So I have gone under Miscellaneous, I will choose Contact Mode and I'm going to chain these three presets together: Herpesvirus 1,2 and 4. On the first preset, always make sure that it has been set to not loop continuously. If it loops continuously, it will never step to the second preset that's in the loop. You then click on the arrow down to add to this window here- the preset that's selected. I've selected No.1. I will select No.2, and arrow down, and No.4, arrow down. Now I've got these three presets ready to be chained. I will click on this Save icon here and I give it a name. It's going to be saved in the User folder and I'm going to call it something like Herpesvirus Chain, and that's saved. If you click on the User Directory icon up here, you will see the preset that you have created is showing here. If you click on it, you will see the three presets which have been chained in this chained preset. The next thing you do is go to Control, allow a generator overwrites, choose a generator and you run. It will go through the first preset.
