Singing Bowl meditation nine minutes of the beautiful long deep tones of the Jambhati Singing Bowls

Jambhati Singing Bowls Day eighteen of twenty one days of sound Today we've created a nine minute meditation using four of our largest singing bowls known as Jambhati Singing Bowls which have beautiful overtones in each bowl and the longest resonance of all our bowls. Often Jurek will choose the bowls as the last instruments for our sound baths and I find myself getting slower and slower at packing the car as the sound of the bowls removes any stress or hurry I may feel. We usually play them at the beginning of the sound baths.
