The Fiscal Management Division of the Inter-American Development Bank helps governments in the region to develop digital alert solutions such as “Red Flags” to improve the efficiency and quality of spending through public procurement and contracting. The Bank has developed an exclusive methodology that helps countries land red flag concepts adapted to their institutional and legal reality, following the parameters defined by the Open Contracting Partnership.
