I know this video is different from what I usually post, but I had gotten a lot of questions in regards to their program and wanted to clear some of the questions for you guys! If you are wanting to get into personal training and are not sure whether on not to choose NASM or do not know which CPT program provider to choose, hopefully this can help you guys make your decision because I know it can get overwhelming! A little bit about me and the channel: My name is Delilah Morales, I'm a 18 year old who loves teaching others the topic of running, strength training, muscle building, and dieting.
