Surviving the March Heat Wave at Whistler

Winter has come and gone once again as Whistler got hit with a massive heat wave right after having 2 weeks of full on storms which saved our winter. I unfortunately missed most of it as I was on a film trip in Lake Tahoe but I did manage to catch the tail end of it before shredding some fun hot laps with an Olympic gold and silver medalist in the sport of ski cross also know as my wife Kelsey Rey! It was a blast, conditions were spring like soft, corn snow and I even managed to find some cold preserved snow on the north slope of West Cirque. Conditions are currently super fun even though its a little bit slow and sticky in spots and the fact thats its a early for spring but by the looks of it we might get one more pulse of snow here before winter is over.
