500 Photoshop Brushes for Digital Artists - Realistic, pressure responsive ABR and TPL formats

500 Digital Artists Brushes for painters and illustrators The GrutBrushes Art Brushes Collection now has more than 500 Photoshop brushes for digital Artists! Get ‘em all now at grutbrushes.com/500 The brushes work in Photoshop CS5,CS6, and CC (yep, even the latest version of Photoshop Elements) Yes! You can also use them on your iPad. You can import them into Artstudio Pro, Adobe Fresco and Adobe Sketch and... They can also be imported into Clip Studio (since Dec 2020) and Procreate BUT...and this is a big but...these two apps convert them from the Photoshop abr and they don't always paint the same way that they do in Photoshop. Some of the brushes just don't work at all (particularly in Procreate. I haven't had a chance to test that many in CSPro yet) If you import them and they don't work well for you, just let me know in an email and I will refund you. I prefer to use my native Procreate brushes instead of importing Photoshop brushes. You don’t have to use the GrutBrushes plugin panel that you see in the video (with all the square icons) The brushes work just as well without it, but if you use Photoshop CC you can use it to sort and organise your GrutBrushes if you'd like The brushes are all pressure responsive (not stencil stamps) and they respond to the pressure and motion of your stylus The textures are mostly dynamically created and don't rely on image textures which means they don't repeat and every stroke is unique The set contains over 500 Photoshop brushes including: • 57 Watercolour • 120 Ink • 30 Flat Oils • 35 Impasto Oil • 43 Pencils (x2) • 120 Natural Media + Specialty • 16 Cross Hatching • 37 Charcoals • 20 Gouache • 5 Ballpoint Pens • 18 Mixers/Blenders • + Other misc. brushes and tools including the "Sharp Eraser" Includes $10 off discount on GrutBrushes Art Surfaces (ONLY available IN the CHECKOUT) Includes the Photoshop texture template that I am painting on in the Video, one of my Art Surfaces ("Brinnley") which are Smart Paper textures for Photoshop and Procreate (only) that add light and shadow paper texture to anything you paint on. You will get it for free when you buy the brushes! This set includes all my traditional media brushes for painting and illustration but does not include my FX and design brushes. Cloud FX & InkyLeaks FX brushes, Borders and Lines and others are not included in the Art Brushes 500 Set. Requires a tablet with a stylus (Wacom, Huion, Yiynova, Monoprice, etc) They do NOT work in Painter, Photoshop APP for iPad, Krita, Affinity Photo, GIMP, Medibang or almost any other app other than the ones I mentioned at the top of this note. Many apps claim to be able to import Photoshop ABR brushes but they only import the brush tip shape and not the pressure dynamics, which is what really makes the brushes paint the way they do. These brushes were all made thanks to the kind and generous support of thousands of wonderful GrutBrushes users who continue to make such amazing art with my humble tools.I am truly grateful to each and every one of you! --- A few notes ... I left out some of my favourite brushes as many just don't show up very well on video (the pencils for example) especially on tiny phone screens. Digital painting is really hard! (like real painting is) and I don’t want you to get the impression that these brushes will paint for you. Even though I have added a computer-animated stylus to the video (and some glowing buttons for fun) every digital paint mark you see made by a brush in this video is ‘real’ and actually me, painting in Photoshop. The brushes in this video are of course, shown at their best, and all brushes look different depending on the background you choose to paint on. This is especially true of watercolour brushes. in the video I’m painting on a GrutBrushes Art Surface (infinite canvas Photoshop Paper texture templates with active surface lighting) and that can affect the appearance of the brush strokes (not the edges, or the way it paints, but the look of the internal texture) So do keep your backgrounds choices in mind when you paint. That Art Surface is included for free when you buy these! It’s the combination of all those choices. Which brushes to use, how to paint your strokes, what backgrounds and colours to use, that’s what makes it YOUR painting...the brushes themselves are just a part of all that... It’s YOU that makes a painting great! Behind the scenes: If you are curious about what they look like when they are not part of a demo, and want to see the ‘behind the scenes’ raw footage from these demos you will find some here: GrutBrushes.com/raw Wow, thanks for reading all this right down to here! I hope you found it somewhat interesting. Feel free to ask any questions below or email me directly at [email protected] Nicolai grutbrushes.com/500 The fantastic music in the video is by Yellen, an Austin-based composer and producer.
