I love them as they remind me of mechanical watches with their longevity and serviceability. also like a mechanical watch they stop working and run out of fuel pretty fast if you don't use them. But now, there's a new kid in town, a chinese made Zorro lighter that takes the Zippo formula and turns everything to eleven!! Machined hinge that is part of the case itself and a gasket to stop the evaporation of fuel fixes everything wrong with a Zippo. it does have 2 drawbacks. 1. It's not a Zippo 2. It's VERY heavy!!
