This space is located inside a local construction company's primary internal conference room, where they hold project management and estimating meetings with both internal and remote project shareholders. The audio/video conferencing portion allows the entire team to collaborate and to include clients in their calls with ease. Two 65" Sony displays were mounted to the wall using tilting wall mounts. Behind it was a client-provided HP Elite Mini computer, which is used for access to server profiles and for general meetings, including audio video conferencing. A Logitech Rally Bar Mini was used, specifically for its wider field-of-view lens (to capture the long conference table and people seated on the ends). The Rally Bar is used for audio playback, and audio/video capture for conferencing purposes.
