Why not to use the "Sendkeys" command in a VBA module inside of Excel

The actual intention of the Sendkeys command is to make it possible to interact through the Operating System, with non VBA programs. For example writing to a Notepad document and also saving it. So why not use it in a module to perform some task inside a worksheet? The reason for this is, that Sendkeys, sends keystrokes to whatever window is active at the time of sending. This isn't necessarily the window of your intention and is also not always under your control. Not only that, it makes it rather impossible to debug your code by stepping through it. In the video I'll demonstrate why.
