If there is chest pain, chest congestion, there is fatigue, breathing difficulty, all these condition put together point towards a cardiac problem but it is not necessary that these are a conglomeration of signs and symptoms of a cardiac problem. If in a young age where there is less cardiac problems , even if a person with physical exertion can have chest pain, it can be muscular pain. Because of chest pain, it can be fatigue, or if a person is running marathon and of a person is not used to running marathon, then they can have a breathing difficulty, also but not necessary a chest congestion. The only symptom here which singles out a disease or no disease status is chest congestion. Chest pain can be cardiac or non-cardiac. Breathing difficulty, can be lungs, chest, heart or if there person is physically exerted Tiredness is something that anybody can face today. Chest congestion is something of a serious problem when you combine it with chest pain and breathing difficulty. Moreover less it comes from heart failure. Heart failure is not heart attack.it is a pump failure which goes over period of time. They may need immediate care. They may need extra hospital care and may need immediate attention. Many people who have a cough with this can be a lung problem. There might be chest infection. Not necessarily causing cough but it may cause chest pain, breathing difficulty, fatigue. Chest conditions may be varied. There might be multifactorial. serious condition which needs attention may be a chest infection or heart failure or a pump failure, then also we should not exclude a myocardial infarction or a heart attack. So it is a condition which has to be diagnosed in a hospital setting with a chest x-ray, ECG, and the investigations put together and diagnosed by a physician.
