RESTORING & FLIPPING Mid Century Modern Dresser for a profit | DIY Makeover

Welcome to our first video!! Today we will show you whole process that we follow when restoring and flipping furniture on marketplace for a profit. We picked up this beautiful Dixie Mid Century Modern dresser from Facebook Marketplace for $55 and managed to sell it for $400 + trade in even before we posted in online! This piece was in excellent shape considering it was made in 1950s and simply needed some love and care to be restored back to its former glory. We spend $25 for paint, stain and materials and whole process took us around 7 hours (not including drying times etc.) We finished it off in lovely "Cracked Pepper" color by Behr with 2 tone stain on drawers, pulls and legs for contrast.
