Yup, an EPIC FAIL indeed! A pretty bad DOOR DISEASE (causing the elevator to almost get stuck) - CAUGHT ON CAMERA! While the epic fail was kind of surprising, it does look that these elevators are quite undermaintained. The entire apartment building looks undermaintained too - the hallways are dark, the floor indicators outside are flickering, burnt out buttons, and so on. Looks like a questionable complex, and besides the lobby floor, the elevator lobbies look questionable.
