From our latest in-house facilities, we opened in Dallas, Texas, and in Birmingham, UK. In 2022, we’ve finished up moving into a bigger facility in LA and will continue working on a facility in Poland. We learned a great deal from previous peak seasons and the great volume spike during the start of the pandemic. With that experience and efforts from our team to expand our expansion efforts have paid off. If you’ve been with us over the years, you know how challenging the holiday season can be with order fulfillment deadlines. We’re proud to say that In the holiday season of 2021 our customers experienced almost no fulfillment delay with their orders. Our customers also hit an incredible milestone. During the peak season of 2021, the all-time total value of products sold by customers reached 1 billion US dollars. That’s the total value sold by entrepreneurs like you selling online and using Printful to fulfill products. With almost 20k members, our most noticeable community is Printful Insiders. Printful insiders is a group for any Printful users to join and discuss anything related to Printful, ecommerce, print-on-demand, and dropshipping. In the Printful Insiders Facebook group, sellers can participate in Feedback Friday where store owners can share their ecommerce store to get feedback from the team. Once a month we reward the most active and helpful community member with an MVP shoutout award and gift card. To gather feedback for improvement from sellers we also host polls and surveys. We also host Printful AMA's, ask me anything posts, with key people from Printful like the Head of New Product Development and Head of Marketing. Quarter 1 of the year is the slowest time of the year for ecommerce. One of the best things to do is focus on brand awareness. This is typically done through ads; however, if you find yourself without a budget for ads the best thing you can do is to focus on social media content and interaction. Ben is bullish on TikTok and Instagram. There are 2 things to focus on, engaging through comments on related posts and posting daily. The key thing is to focus on using hashtags related to your brand and niche to find those posts to comment on and use for your own daily posts. What should you post? Start with your story. How did you start? Why did you start? Share behind-the-scenes. Share product materials and details. Cross-sell with similar or related products.
