Concrete mix can have a glue added to it for added benefits. You can add white glue or polyvinyl acetate (PVA) in a concrete mix, commonly found in the concrete aisle at a local hardware or building supply store. It is best to use a PVA designs specifically for concrete use because a regular PVA glue can re-emulsify when wet (becomes soft and liquifies again).
