Mix, then deep fry for 5 minutes. 🪲 *GIANT WATER BUGS*: Add the following ingredients to the water bugs: Crunchy powder, yellow food coloring, sugar, msg, chicken bullion, cream powder, salt. Then squish to get the muddiness out and seasoning in. Then deep fry for 5 minutes. 🪱 *SILKWORMS*: Sik worm, msg, salt. Mix, then deep fry for 5 minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 3. Hunting Grounds 📍 Kampong Thom, NR62, Cambodia 🥣 KROEUNG (Cambodian Spice mix): Kafirr lime leaves, galangal, lemon grass, shallots, garlic, chilli, turmeric, fingerroot (wild ginger), wild galangal. Then mushrooms, cucumbers, peppers. Then season with Kroeung (special type with smashed roasted rice in it), msg, sugar, salt (a bit too much apparently). Then boil for 15 minutes.
