Hey, I've got 3 simple and fun exercises that you can use to improve your gait cycle. If you are feeling disconnected, robotic and stiff as you walk, these movements are a great way to feel into your gait pattern and get that swagger back in your walk. Gait biomechanics can get pretty complicated so in this video, I am giving you an opportunity to feel your walk so you can gradually feel more confident, rhythmic and at ease with your walk without having to think about "perfect" form.
