The Mother Of All Cutters is complete! In this epic Part 2, we finish machining this absolute beast and get it ready for action. 💥We start by rough milling all the gullets on the rotary table before the perfect finish pass with a carbide end mill. Then it’s time to change the setup by mounting the rotary table vertically and getting the plate running parallel using a dial indicator. With precision drilling, custom pocket milling, and some nerve-racking M5 x 0.5 tapping, this cutter starts taking serious shape. After a final milling of the radius on each corner and deburring all the sharp edges, it's time for the big moment—bolting the arbor onto The MOAC, installing it in the Zayer bed mill and firing it up! 🔥 This thing looks absolutely insane spinning at speed, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
