My first devlog | gamemaker devlog #1

This is the first part of a (unknown) part series of me explaining and coding. I'm using gamemaker studio 2 which I prefer more that unity or unreal or any other engine but it's part of developing games. You stick to an engine you learn it, you get used to it, and you forget all the other engines and code. I hope you enjoyed this and if you have some tips and tricks you can leave them in the comments down below that would be appreciated. In 21:46 to 24:04 My can and mic wasn't on screen so here's the summary : I go in the player ship to the fire laser code this is a script that I wrote outside of the object. I go in the script and there are more scripts so I go in one and say that angle is a variable that is storing the number 60 and then I didn't know what sprite get width was so I middle clicked and then went to a manual. I then explained that it was just that it took the width from the sprite index and then divided it by 2. then I read some more stuff and I explain the rest after.
