When you finish your ride, sync your Polar M460 with the Polar Flow app with your phone. After syncing you’ll be able to view and analyze your stats. You’ll see a summary of all the important training data and a graph with your heart rate, speed and even power data if you’re using a power meter. Great news for all Strava users: when you link your Polar Flow account to Strava, all data from your rides will automatically sync to Strava as well.
