In the course of an extensive greenfield project in Foshan, China, KHS has installed four ultramodern production lines for various container types that combine cutting-edge technology with maximum efficiency. The canning line processes up to 90,000 cans per hour, with the combined glass line outputting a maximum of 48,000 bottles every 60 minutes. A further highlight is the KHS Innoline MES Manufacturing Execution System that Carlsberg uses to monitor and optimize its production processes. With this fully digitalized setup, Carlsberg can track the status of its production activities at all times, ensuring flexibility, efficiency and maximum process reliability.
