8 Month Veneer Update (Cali,Colombia)

Hello Global Goddess family! This video is an 8th month update on my veneer journey in Cali, Colombia. I am still extremely satisfied with my teeth. I have no chipping, cracking, and none have popped off. I forgot to add in the video that I clench my teeth at night, so I do wear a night guard to bed to protect the my smile. 📸IG: Toshya90 Backstory - I was in a really bad car accident in 2014. I broke my femur, and the airbag did a pretty good number on my face. I had to receive root canals in my front teeth, which my dentist told me at the time it was only a temporary fix, but we didn’t exactly know how long they would last. As time passed the root canals made two dark spots form towards the top of my teeth. I saw a cosmetic dentist in Philly, and I was given a quote of almost 20k for 8 teeth (this included gum contouring - lasering of the gums, two crowns, and six veneers) I wanted all of my top teeth to match. They didn’t offer financing, so it was basically pay now or see ya later. 🙋🏽‍♀️ Time passed. I did research, and found Dr Jorge Garcia. I received a quote from him via Instagram. He’s located in Cali, Colombia. I non-reved from Florida to Houston, Houston to Bogota, and I bought a first class ticket from Bogota to Cali. Day 1 (Monday) - arrived in Cali. Dr Garcia’s driver picked me up from the airport, and took me to the Hotel El Peñon. In total for 4 nights/5 days the hotel was $200. Breakfast was included each morning with your stay. I took a nap and went to the dentist office around 4pm. Dr Garcia and his wife Maria opened up the office just for me since it was a holiday. 😱 He cleaned my teeth, prepped them, internally bleached my two front teeth, contoured my gums, and took impressions. This visit took about three hours. Afterwards they took me to dinner. Numb mouth and all, I was starving and gummed down that burger. Day 2 (Tuesday) - I went back to the dentist office in the morning, and he inserted another round of whitening into my front teeth. I didn’t do anything else that day because I was extremely exhausted from the two days prior..... so I slept. Day 3 (Wednesday) - I went in for another round of bleaching my front teeth. Later on that day Manuela & Maria took me to go see Cristo Ray - the large Jesus statue. I also walked to one of the local malls later that evening. Day 4 (Thursday) - I woke up early and explored more of downtown. I had one final round of whitening done and my veneers were put on later that evening. Putting on the veneers took about 2 hours. Day 5 (Friday) - I actually went and got a little lip filler that morning (maybe I’ll make another video on that). I went with Manuela to a place called @De_Los_Angeles_sthetic (Instagram). I got 1ml for $216. I went back to Dr Garcia right after, where he did some final touches to my teeth. By this time the driver was already waiting for me, I checked out the hotel, and made my way back to the airport. Overall I wasn’t in pain, but when he contoured my gums it did smell horrible.... like burning flesh. I was numb so it didn’t hurt, however the next two days my gums were just inflamed in that one area. I have a high pain tolerance. Total cost was about $5,600 for my teeth. With hotel, food, and the two flights I did pay for I’d say I spent around $6,200....
