According to reports, Fox News, c e o, Lachlan Murdoch is furious over the fact that CNN has not been sued for having Donald Trump on their network spreading election lies in that town hall last week, specifically, according to reports, Murdoch said, I haven't seen a lawsuit yet implying that there is some kind of double standard between what Fox News did and what CNN did last week. Now we all know that yes, during that CNN Town Hall, Donald Trump came out, he spread those same election lies just like Fox News did following the 2020 election. But if Locklin Murdoch really doesn't understand the difference between what happened on those two platforms, then the man is entirely too stupid to be running a cable news network. I mean, he may be too stupid to have a job at all. I mean, let's face it, the only reason Lachlan Murdoch has a job is because his father is Rupert and owns all these media outlets. So he gave his moron little son a a nice little position that he's clearly not qualified or even smart enough to handle. So Lachlan, because you can't understand it. Let me go ahead and explain to you the differences between what CNN did and what Fox News did. Fox News relied on people working for Donald Trump, including Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell. You allowed those nut balls to come on your network and literally say whatever they wanted, and they were basing some of their crazy allegations on witnesses who won, weren't actually witnesses. One of them claimed to be an internally decapitated, time traveling individual who says she is proof of fraud. Sidney Powell actually sent that to your host, Maria Bartiromo, and then went on the air with her the next night, and the rest is history, man, like your network was literally listening to frigging Looney tune characters about claims of stolen elections, and y'all just let it go. Even though behind the scenes you knew that everything that was being said on the air was not true because your own internal messages tell us that you knew it was not true, but you continued to do it because it was pulling in great ratings for you. What CNN did was they had on the source himself, Donald Trump, and yes, Donald Trump spread election lies. However, it I I, I'll point out the fact that CNN did push back on it in just a moment. In fact, I don't even know if I need to because I just did. But here's the difference. When Fox News was talking about these issues, they specifically said slanderous things about Dominion voting systems and smart medic and even some election workers out there, y'all named individual people dragged their names or their companies through the mud with allegations that were not true. That's what's illegal. When Trump went on CNN and did it, even though he was lying. He didn't name any names, he didn't name any specific companies. He didn't actually defame anyone while he was on cnn. He did lie, yes, but technically the media in a, in a case actually brought by Fox News a couple decades ago, the media is legally allowed to lie to you. What they're not legally allowed to do is defame an individual. And what Trump did, yes, it was a lie, but it was not defamation. Furthermore, as I just pointed out, C N N actually pushed back and told Donald Trump on the air that you're not telling the truth, that you're lying to the public. So because they called them out and they corrected it and told the truth, even if he had defamed somebody, CNN would not be sued for that
