Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series counted together by Sharath and Pattabhi Jois

In memory of R. Sharath Jois (29 Sept 1971 - 11 Nov 2024) a synchronised Ashtanga Primary Series led counted class with both Sharath and Pattabhi Jois (Sharath's grandfather) as a way of remembering both of them; it is comforting practicing to this after Sharath's unexpected passing last year. This took so longer than I thought it would as they both had slightly different phrases when they counted the series through but very happy with the result, and it makes for a concise 1 hour and 15 minute sequence. I then synchronised it to a video of myself moving through the series. I was unable to find anywhere a recording of Pattabhi Jois reciting the finishing prayer though, if anyone has a version/copy then please let me know!- it won't be possible to amend this YouTube clip but I have created an mp3 audio of this talk through (details on https://onyouryogamat.com) and that can be updated.
