Waveshare ESP32-S3 LCD Touch 7" Setup: Building Firmware & Customizing Backlight with openHASP

In this video, I'll guide you through building a custom openHASP firmware for the Waveshare ESP32-S3 LCD Touch board and show you how to control the backlight via the IO06 pin. Follow along to configure, build, and deploy the firmware with ease. Steps Covered: Access the openHASP page for commands and documentation. Clone the openHASP source code. Copy the prepared configuration file for the Waveshare ESP32-S3 board (download link below). Rename platformio_override-template.ini to platformio_override.ini. Modify platformio_override.ini by uncommenting user_setups/esp32s3/*.ini and adding ws_esp32_s3_touch_lcd_7 to the "extra default envs" section. Build and deploy the firmware to your device.
