"글로 정리하면, 정보가 장기 기억화되어 응용가능한 지식으로 변환된다." 기록의 힘을 저는 믿습니다! (종교없음, 무교) 기록하는 습관, 단순히 베껴쓰는 것이 아니라 줄인 것을 또 줄인다, 핵심만 요약한다는 마인드로 내가 현재 아는것과 모르는 것을 구분하고 아리까리한 것을 완벽히 습득한다는 마인드로 마음으로 읽고, 눈으로 바르고, 손으로 쓰고, 머리로 암기 하는 이 모든 걸 동시에 해내는 것이, 제가 생각하는 기록을 함으로써 얻을 수 있는 효과입니다. 그래서 앞으로도 제가 기록하는 모습을 영상으로 많이 담아볼까 합니다!✍🏻 머리가 빼꼼빼꼼,,, 요즘 저는 스터디윗미 영상에 아직 최적화된 구도를 찾지 못해 시행착오중입니다,,, 집중하면 목이랑 입이 나오는 건 저만 그럴까요? 'When information is organized in writing. it becomes long-term memory and transforms into applicable knowledge.' I believe in the power of recording!(No religion, atheist) The habit of recording, Not just copying, but condensing and summarizing the essentials. Distinguishing between what I know and what I don't, with the mindset of fully mastering the unclear parts. Reading with the heart, seeing with the eyes, writing with the hands, and memorizing with the mind, doing all these simultaneously, This is the effect I believe can be gained through recording. So, I plan to capture more of my note-taking in future videos! Peek-a-booing my head.... Lately, I haven't found the best angle for my 'study with me' videos, so I'm still experimenting...
